These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the jta77 platform ("Platform"). By accessing this platform or opening an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. General Terms

By using the jta77 platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. All three documents together form a complete agreement.

The platform provides online gaming services for entertainment purposes.
Each user uses the service voluntarily and at their own responsibility.
jta77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
If there is any discrepancy between the Bengali version of our Terms and any other language version, the Bengali version will take precedence.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the services at jta77, you must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify users' ages, and accounts belonging to those under 21 will be closed immediately.

Registration Terms

When opening an account, you must:

Submit valid documents for identity verification when required.
Only one account per person is allowed.
You must open an account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
Any changes to your registration details must be reported to jta77 immediately.

Multiple Accounts

Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If such a situation is detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.

Use a strong password and change it regularly.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You will be held responsible for any unusual activity on your account if you fail to notify jta77 in a timely manner.
jta77 will never ask for your password via email or phone.

If someone else uses your account, you will bear full responsibility for all activity carried out under it. jta77 will not accept any responsibility in such cases.

Financial Transactions

Deposit Rules

The currently supported payment methods at jta77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Deposited funds must be sent only from your own account.
Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for your deposit.

Verification before withdrawal: jta77 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. This is done to protect your account.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jta77 does not accept transactions in any other currency.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users at jta77 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
The bonus may need to be used within specific games or within game limits — please read the individual terms of each offer.
jta77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

VIP program

jta77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Tiers are upgraded based on play volume and activity. VIP benefits may change at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games on jta77 are operated according to the rules of their respective service providers. All games follow fair play principles and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
Any bet or win may be voided due to a technical error — in such cases, only the original bet amount will be refunded.
If a network issue occurs during a game, the data saved on the server will be treated as the final record.
Exploiting any software vulnerability or bug is prohibited and will result in account closure.

It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while playing. jta77 is not liable for any losses resulting from a disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jta77. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent or manipulative means.
Selling, transferring, or renting out an account.
Using bots, automation software, or any artificial means.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security.
Opening an account with false information or identity fraud.
Fraudulent collusion with other users.

jta77 reserves the right to cooperate with relevant organizations and authorities on such matters. We will conduct any necessary investigation into suspicious activity.

Account Closure Conditions

jta77 may close an account in the following circumstances:

Serious violation of these terms.
If fraudulent activity is detected.
At the user's own request.
For accounts inactive for a long period, with prior notice.

In the event of account closure, the return of any applicable balance will be determined based on the circumstances.
